By accessing or using Chat.luxe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Chat.luxe uses a virtual currency ("tokens") for in-platform transactions. Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the platform. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to modify token pricing, earning rates, and spending mechanisms at any time.
Users may list and trade digital collectibles on the marketplace. A platform fee (currently 5%) is deducted from the seller's proceeds on each sale. All marketplace transactions are final. We are not responsible for the perceived value of any digital collectible.
Games on Chat.luxe use virtual tokens only and do not constitute real-money gambling. Game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific return rate or winnings.
The Service may contain mature or adult-oriented content, including AI-generated imagery. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may encounter such content and that you access it voluntarily. All generated content is owned by Chat.luxe and licensed to users for personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Token balances and digital collectibles are forfeited upon termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat.luxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
