Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of tokens on Chat.luxe are final and non-refundable. When you purchase tokens, they are immediately credited to your account and available for use. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any token purchases.

What This Means

  • Token purchases cannot be reversed once completed
  • Unused tokens are not eligible for refund
  • We do not offer partial refunds
  • Account termination does not entitle you to a refund of remaining tokens

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, contact us immediately at support@chat.luxe. We will investigate the matter and work with you and your payment provider to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue where tokens were not credited after a successful payment, please contact support@chat.luxe with your payment confirmation. We will verify the transaction and ensure your tokens are properly credited.
