• Account information: email address, display name, gender, and sexuality preferences (used for content personalization)
• Usage data: game activity, chat interactions, marketplace transactions, token balances
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, access times
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To personalize your experience (companion interactions, content preferences)
• To process transactions and manage your token balance
• To communicate with you about your account (email verification, password resets)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
• To improve the Service through aggregate, anonymized analytics

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Account data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). Images and media are stored on Cloudflare R2 with authenticated access. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Chat & Conversation Data

Chat messages with AI companions are stored to maintain conversation continuity and improve the companion experience. Conversations are private to your account and are not shared with other users. You may request deletion of your chat history at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: authentication and database
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and media storage
• Payment processor: for token purchases (does not share financial data with us)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and user preferences. These are essential for the Service to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Chat.luxe is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
